Hi, I’m Penny and I like to bake.

I like to bake so much that I take the time to weigh my ingredients.

I get a lot of weird looks, but using a scale is really easy, efficient, and accurate. You should try it sometime. A scale can be yours for a reasonable amount.

Professional bakers use recipes by weight in order to produce superior baked goods repeatedly. You can too. Baking by weight takes away the guesswork of measuring ingredients properly and allows you to create the exact same recipe over and over again. It also allows you to scale recipes to whatever amount you want.

I am not a professional baker and currently work in healthcare. I get mixed feelings about that sometimes.
